Congrats Refined. Good job. If I had to lose miserably, I would have wanted to lose to something like this. Totally incredible. Do you know if we need a cove visa to help build? Or have they made it a public area?
 
Oh good. I just looked and saw that it was partially in Parkway. Looks like I can help with half of it. Looking good so far. Let me know what needs to be done.
 
It has its own region. Its called 'spleef' for now staticfactory has allowed me to add and remove members to make finding volunteers easier. So just ask me when online.
