Im on a Presario C300 and my minecraft lags really bad and its only on servers. Im running MCregions and mineoptimiser or somthing like that. But I need help the lag makes it unplayable.
 
BTW MCregions is only possible if the server is running it as well and this server is not its possible that you may be adding rather then removing by having it on your client. (it will be implemented by default by notch in the next client and server update so no need to have it any ways)
