I think there wasn't enough tnt for the castle. I think whenever i'm done with tnt add another stack just for good measure.
 
Haha, that's Pamo's gameboy if I remember correctly (based of my red gameboy color, in fact!). I'll show him next time I see him!

I hope I can be a part of the next D-Day, looks like fun! :D
