For old times sake we have archived the forums to keep bot spam down and keep the original history of the server archived for future players to browse. We have moved to discord now for a closer community feel. If the server gains a ton more players again like the past the forums will reopen with the original sections archived and locked.

Assuming you mean 1.7, the server should update to it soon. The reason the server takes time to be updated is relied on a very important server plugin called bukkit.
Not sure atm why the update has not happened yet (looking at the bukkit homepage), but it should be soon.

The current bukkit version still contains a bug that allows for the duplication of items. We are working around this and will be updating soon.
