And you would have the smallest faction ever. And as soon as you or your friend get angry, grief grief grief ragequit. Great idea, let's implement it.
 
This all comes down to the admin of the faction, and the experience of a team leader. You gotta have what it takes to be able run a good faction, if you don't, you'll fail horribly. This happens in RL every day.

I agree with you. I wish people would treat factions as groups or tribes... Not huge crap loads of people who just want to be in a faction to be in a faction.
