No regions at the moment, and we're discussing if we'll be adding them or not. Griefers will be banned.

Strange...i've used prepaid cards with paypal before...
Although I got my bank account linked to PayPal, i got Instant Transfer by using a bank account and a prepaid card as a "fallback"

So for me, prepaid cards work

I believe you need a linked account for pre-payed cards but I am not sure.

when i hear prepaid i think of 7-11 style pre paids.. i dont believe banks allow prepaids to work... they dont here in canada because you need to have the card actually registered to your address.

thats what i was told by a paypal support guy about 6 months ago.

I have just used prepaid as long as you register them with the organization online they then have a address and the only place its not accepted is at a hotel.
