Im still a bit confused. Where is the money coming from? Does it just show up on your bill every month?

That's correct, it should be billed to your phone.

Paypal is a second option.

On the donation page there are the 4 different levels and cap amounts you will get from them and so it goes:
Bronze Donator 10.00 CAD
Silver Level 25.00 CAD
Gold Level 50.00 CAD
Platinum Level 50.00 CAD

I am guessing the platinum level should be more than that. Otherwise you have an option of getting
'You will receive a 7500 cap bonus and a gold badge in the forums. '
OR
'You will receive a 15,000 Cap bonus and a platinum badge in the forums.'

For the same price.

I think its a good idea though as it give more options for people if they want to support the server!
