This is a great idea. Especially for our newbies, who no sooner arrived at Survival and then got wiped out by maurauding factions.

It would not be a good experience to be ganged up on so early in their Addicts experience.

So, mining etc will take place, as per normal?

I personally, don't think PVE is necessary. If you really want the true survival experience go to survival. If you want true creative buy creative membership. If you want something in between set up a Build Region land claim.

What if I want to kill mobs, but don't want to worry about being sneaked up on by other players?

you might not see the reason for it. this dose not mean that it should not be there.

That is more understanding, but can you explain why there is locked chests?

I'm just surprised on how much this server has to offer. PvP, PvE, Nether, Build, Creative, Historic.......
