For old times sake we have archived the forums to keep bot spam down and keep the original history of the server archived for future players to browse. We have moved to discord now for a closer community feel. If the server gains a ton more players again like the past the forums will reopen with the original sections archived and locked.

Hello all!

I've thought about a little something that would be nice for all the server users/ops/admins.
A mod or application that would contain all commands usable on the server with text boxes for names and other required inputs and send them to the game.

It would reduce by a lot the required typing for most users and ops/admins and would rock any competing mod (I did a quick search online and nothing seems to exists or i didn't search enough.) since it would be fully configured for the server mods.

I wish i knew how to program or i would do it but i offer my help to test it if there is some programmers playing on the server that can create this beauty.

I remember having a mod like this but I can't remember the name. It added a bar across the top of MC and allowed Shortcuts to commands. The only thing is, someone would have to code (which I do not think is to hard) the plugin for that mod for the server commands on the server...

I will see if I can find that mod, i remember seeing it in 3rd Party Tools on the MinecraftForums.
 
Hopefully when mod support becomes better in Minecraft some Java genius will code a proper GUI administration plugin. For example, something like the pic below (which is an admin plugin from Garrysmod) would be awesome in Minecraft:

But would it be possible to make the program just send keys to Minecraft window? It could send the chat bind then the wanted command?

Damn i need to get into programming :x
 
Well we should wait on our dream plugins because the modding API is confirmed for the next update. A lot of genius coders would be coding away some sweet plugins.

Well, the Mod i was looking made it very simple to use the Plugins API. All it would do it when you click a command, it would bring up a dialog box or a list of choices.

If I find it, (And is updated to 1.0.0) I will look into making a custom on for this server.
