SM or Survival Manager

Well, it's more like having a regular player who is basically on all day watching over Survival exclusively. And won't get distracted with any other business besides survival. Plus it allows them to look at the smaller problems (PvP logging). That is just my opinion.
 
Where probaly not having Sms. We are over staffed as it is already. if you guys want to be a staff member. Start telling your friends.

Maybe instead of having a whole position for pvp, if the ops/rms/mods are at least prepared to quickly go to the pvp to do something when a player asks, ASAP, we won't have as many issues. This is not a diss on mods, just a thought.
 
Hey guys I just wanted to bring this topic back up. Its not only pvp logs that they would deal with. They would deal with more things like all faction struggles and things like renaming a faction and dealing with people who "cheat". They would bring those "cheaters" to a person of higher authority. For example when there was the temp pvp, there were multiple "cheaters" and nothing was done to them, and I did not see one rm, admin, mod, or op in the pvp world. Now with another world, I don't think that any manager will get to the war world. Like there was anyone before. And also I think that the sm should be able to pvp. Would you tell the rm not to build? With the new war world reset we should put this in. It will help especially to the start of a new world.

Anyone could do this in the reports section, I think that if they aren't going to have the power to act, the rank is useless, anyways we have a lot of staff on this server and this rank just seems unnecessary.

Just because you can't see us it doesn't mean we aren't there. Multiple people were banned for using things they shouldn't have been.
Also we're monitoring pvp closely for the first few weeks to adjust prices and make changes to the map.

I'm not saying this is a bad idea, I'm kinda personally trying to see what can be done.
