Mod Allowed?

Hey guys I found this cool mod and was wondering if its allowed to be used on the server.

Seems similar to the pony mod that was around a while back. I dont see an issue with it at quick glance.

Its just I was told that the smart moving mod gave the server some alerts, and this has some things like sit and lay down.

You can modify what they look like, and if the server gets a plugin (which it wont) you can see other people who have this mod, skins

Smart moving has stuff like doublejump and a lunge jump. Climbing too, thats not allowed, since this is mainly cosmetic it seems legit.

You can modify what they look like, and if the server gets a plugin (which it wont) you can see other people who have this mod, skins

"By pressing X you can sit down, by pressing Z you can lie down, when you press C you will start dancing and V is for hugging (Also works for multiplayer if you install the bukkit plugin)"

You only need a plugin to see other people sitting, lying down, dancing or hugging.
The different models work for anyone who has the mod and is not server related. It simply checks for certain points on the skin image and if those are colored right, it changes the model.
