Please post these threads in the spam forums, or just post these kinds of screenshots in one thread, like the "the funniest thing you have seen today" thread, because right now this forum is filling with threads that consist solely of a title and a screenshot, and sometimes on line of text to describe the screenshot, and that doesn't really seem like something that needs it's own thread to me.

assault this is called the misc section for a reason.. i think he posted it in the right place. you could have always just not read it if it really bothers you.

Although this forum is called the Misc section, there's a reason we have the Spam section too. Not only that, but you only addressed my first suggestion and ignoring everything I said after that.
My point is that these kinds of threads (mainly Jesse's) are all so similar there's no point in posting multiple threads for them. Wouldn't it be way neater if he just posted all these screenshots in a thread called "Jesse's funny screenshots" or something like that instead of ending up with a Misc section full of these threads?
 
he could say the same thing about the multiple halo related threads that you've posted. my point is he is probably just a little kid. whats the point in giving him a hard time over posting something in a misc section of a forum? i mean did it really hurt you cause you had to see a few threads posted by the same person?

That post is not meant to give him a hard time, I was merely stating my opinion about something that bothered me a little, backed it up with a fact and asked him if he could post his screenshots in one thread or in the spam section from now on. I don't get where you got the idea from that I was trying to give him a hard time and I feel you are actually the one giving ME a hard time over something you totally misinterpreted.

MCA should add a way to delete posts because this caused a lot trouble then a thought it would. It was just suppose to be a friendly post followed with a screenshot to make people laugh. Perhaps ill just leave the forums, because in order for me to post there has to be a "Jesse's funny screenshots" section. Which there is not, so...

I never said you caused trouble, only said what I thought about you posting so many screenshots recently. Imagine if everyone did that... the forums would literally be spammed with screenshots, some would be funny, like your screenshots (not all of them, but I get your humor), but frankly, the majority wouldn't even be that funny and people could start faking these funny screenshots just to get replies, at which point it'd impact the communications on the server itself. I'm not saying I have such a problem with the threads you've already posted, I'm just saying that if you were to continue at this rate it might be considered spam at some point and I was asking you to prevent that from happening by trying at least one of the suggestions I gave you.

As for the delete posts option, I agree with you, that would be useful, but people could abuse this in plenty of ways so it's probably not gonna happen.

And that's exactly what it was, except people started misinterpreting my post and started a big multi-threaded argument with me for no apparent reason, and I apologize that I joined the argument to defend my view on what I said, it should've been kept to PM's, shouldn't it, Fista?

Never said there had to be a whole section dedicated to you (unlike Yennage, who seriously can not cook), I just said you could make a single thread where you could post every new funny screenshot you take, that would work just like the "Funniest thing you saw today (WTF thread)" thread, or you could post it in "Funniest thing you saw today (WTF thread)" itself, which would be a reasonable place to post it since many people check that thread regularly and if your screenshots are meant to be funny, they would fit right in there.


Please don't leave the forums over something that wasn't meant to drag on for so long. Nobody here wants you to leave or to stop posting, it's just that we think you should change the way you are posting these screenshots before the Misc section's first page is full of them.
 
I am merely stating my opinion same as you. its nothing personal assault so don't take it that way. i am just comparing your multiple halo post to jesse's picture posts. the reason i figured it must be hurting or bothering you is why else would any non mod person even take the time to write so many long post trying to explain something so stupid and pointless. again he is a KID!
