here is how i post a screenshot:
-take a screenshot in minecraft with F2
-find the .minecraft folder and copy the screenshot to a folder on my desktop
-upload the picture to a photo hosting site like imgur/photobucket/piccassa/etc
-copy the "IMG" file into my post(see below)
