looking for a Minimap

Hi
I have been looking around at potential alternatives to voxelmap , possibly a minimap that does not breach the rules. So far my search has lead me to this mod. It appears that cavemaps , mob/player icons , etc. can be disabled at each player's own preference.

I was wondering if under the condition i keep cavemaps off , whether it is okay to use this mod

Rei's minimap (the one on striker's link) is dead, which is my guess as to why this was posted here.

Reis map was great, I'm not aware of a map that's simple and effective for marking waypoints like reis.

What I would say is that we allow people to set waypoints, and I'm fine with surface display minimaps, similar to reis.

The other functions like mob/cave detection would be a hack in pve and underground in build.

If I'm not mistaken, it was possible to use Reis to get cave maps and mob position as well.

Dan was pointed to the live map which on top down view did exactly what he wanted the minimap for hence he is using that.

If I'm not mistaken, it was possible to use Reis to get cave maps and mob position as well.

In singleplayer one could do this, as well as find slime chunks (when that was a thing still, way back when) but I could never get that working on multiplayer (which I would have pointed out immediately ... <-< >->).
