Looking for people to start a town with

So a friend(xevanto, forum name is thatoneguy) own a large hunk of land, and we want to set up a town, there is a series of massive caves that we cant possibly explore ourselves, just an example, I went into that cave and came out an hour later with 32 diamonds. Its a great place with lots of building space. If enough people are interested we would make land plots for houses/stores and stuff and we could start moving people in. post if you interested. So far the community building include:

Subway station connecting with the public subway system
community workshop including benches, scrap materials, and furnaces, and separate office shops for those who want some
a farm for growing wheat, sugarcane, trees, and farming animals.
observatory that oversees the entire continent
bank with personal deposit vaults
