Afk Kicker

I was think that since the old afk kicker was not updated, this actively updated mod could be implemented as I find many people afk for hours on the server. http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/afkbooter/
The plugin is very configurable, and seems pretty easy to setup.

The plugin was never removed because it wasn't up to date.
It's low priority right now and will likely be added again soon.

I believe the point of adding this plugin is not to prevent people from dying in PvP but to reduce server load.
