Art at spawn

i was thinking of making art out of blocks like at the spawn area.
so this is what i want to do. If i could really do this, it would be awesome.

hey guys I'm thinking we make a area not far but not to close to newspawn for this kind of thing? pixel art? might be a good way to have a pixelvally or something like that ?

Awesome idea. We should create a reserved area for pixel artists around old spawn.

That would be a GREAT idea Commander. and maybe expand the Minecart area to take people to the Pixel Lake!

Once we have some more common areas defined we could make a map. Like one of those maps you would get for a video game, pirate map style, pointing out major landmarks and maybe roads?

Very good idea imo to bad i can't pixel.
Well I can pixel with paint, but not on minecraft.

if we do this we need to have something similar to the discovr.us server at 8-bit valley where we can walk around and see all the creations and not just a straight path obstructing the view of other things i suggest the HUGE are between the android and olympic village but not in a straight line


there are 3 parts to 8-bit valley but i could only spot 2
