Build, Tropics Spawn Point

There seems to be an issue with the spawn location for the Tropics region.

It's like I was stuck in the bridge, bouncing about the same spot repeatedly, locked in place.
The chunk below was vacated on my screen. Not sure whether or not my cache of it is messed up or not.
Tried to go back in to see if it was just a freak occurrence and the issue persists.
 
Yeah they all seem to do it when you teleport. Just reconnect to the server and its fine.
 
Doesn't seem to happen all the time.
Just relog for now, I'm sure it'll sort it'll be fixed with a future plugin update.
