For old times sake we have archived the forums to keep bot spam down and keep the original history of the server archived for future players to browse. We have moved to discord now for a closer community feel. If the server gains a ton more players again like the past the forums will reopen with the original sections archived and locked.

Caps for Donations!

I'll be focusing on donations a bit as the server bill is now in the hundreds of dollars range. Donations will be crucial to keeping our server up. I could be driving a european car for cost of this big boy.

The list on the donations page is in order from highest donor to lowest. I haven't decided on how I'll show the donations amounts or if I even will.

First on the list, I've introduced a gift of Caps for your donations. For every $1 CAD donated a gift of 100 Caps will be given by myself directly into your account. A bonus of Caps will be given for donations given over the amount shown below.

$10+ = 500 Cap bonus
$20+ = 1500 Cap bonus
$50+ = 3000 Cap bonus

All paypal transactions are converted to Canadian dollars when they're sent to me and I'll base the Cap bonus off of that.

This will be retroactive, meaning people who have already donated will receive Caps. Give me some time to add everyones Caps who have already donated.

Thanks everyone, and I appreciate your generosity. A donation as small as $5 a month goes a long way, and that's about as much as you would be to play a game online today.
 
I was actually thinking about donating earlier, to this server, because it is so stable and friendly. As soon as my student refund comes in, I will probably donate 50$. Where is the donate thing?
 
On the Minecraft Addicts page there is a tab called "Donate"

They both go to the same place!

At the bottom of that page is a yellow button that says donate.

I was actually planning on donating today, now there's a nice bonus I can get as well! Thanks for all your hard work Jangles and the admin team, it's appreciated!
 
Ill donate another 5 bucks when I get more cash on my cards, after all I'm 15 :S, but I understand you
 
I'll post my billing schedule up when get the first invoice for the new server. I'll take a snap of the bill and add it to the donations page too.

Put that money into school Jr! ;). Don't feel obligated dude, but thanks for the effort.
 
how do you know if someone has donated or not ( :P i just did but was wondering how you keep tabs on that )
