Hey guys, Cheezy here! 
I'm finally doing some actual building... more than a year and a half after joining this server.
Anyway, I'm building something I've always wanted to build, which is a city. My city is called Carbondale (as you may have guessed from the thread title
). It is situated at S12 E20 of the Oasis region if you want to come check it out. Right now, I'm hoping to fill this plot up nicely and expand to one of the plots next door. What I'm hoping to do in the future is add some more skyscrapers (I'm thinking a stock market, an apartment complex, and some condos ) as well as various shoppes/businesses, residential homes and other various buildings and infrastructure within a city. This is a little plan I've got going now, I'm still deciding what I want to do in the various open spaces. When/If I get one of the plots next door, I will be building an arena for Duetch's Olympics. If I can get it done in time, I may host the July or August Olympics.

As you can see, I've got where I want to build the city hall planned. Each block in the grid paper represents 5 Minecraft blocks, which I forgot to add when making the damn thing.
I was going to post the pics of builds I've done so far right into the thread, but there was a lot, so I figured I'd just put 'em in an Imgur album and paste the link. However, for the follow-up post showing what I've done so far, I will actually post them right into the thread.

NOTE: On the right hand side of the album, you will see the various other pictures (For those of you who can't figure out how to not look at only the first pic).
At the current time, donations of Powered Rails, Normal Rails, Redstone Torches, Normal Torches, Glowstone, Stone and/or Stonebrick, and black wool would be greatly appreciated. In the future, I will update blocks/items that could be donated.
