Community Timer

I was reading through some forum posts and was wondering about what someone said with a countdown timer for resets and events, etc. Would it be possible to add a timer in the Museum area that counted down Weeks, Days, Hours, Minutes, etc? It's only an idea of course, and I have no idea on how that would effect the redstone circuiting with all of those factors.

Clocks don't tend to work well on servers with restarts, chunk loading/ unloading along with the lag it would cause.

I suppose some kind of timer on the front webpage might be easier to set up.

what would this timer count down to? the countdown would only work via website

A countdown for any event really. Contests, updates, maybe even a MineCon timer? After all, MineCon is only about 40 days off
