Computer Crash When Put To Sleep

My computer crashes whenever I put it into sleep mode and then turn it back on. The second it turns back on the screen just goes to a blue screen with the following error codes:

Thank you so much nineteen. It makes sense, since I still have NCH. I'll try deleting it and see if it makes any difference.
