Build: DC Ruins
Estimated time elapsed: N/a
Background: Rivet City is the biggest civilization found in Fallout 3. It's found on an old Essex Class aircraft carrier, stationed in Washington DC during the Great War. The boat was split in half when an experiment from an on-board scientist went out of control.
Plan:
The building of Rivet City is going to start off with the basic aircraft carrier, as seen in Fallout 3. The aircraft carrier will be built fully, then torn in half. So basically I'll be griefing myself. After the carrier is built, the boardwalk to start to be built, then the ruins of Washington DC. Depending on the amount of space that I have, this will include the Citadel (Previously known as the Pentagon, and headquarters of the Brotherhood of Steel), the Washington monument, the museums around the courtyard, the Lincoln Memorial, the Jefferson memorial, a few bunkers and secret buildings found around downtown DC, and many other places. The subway system may be implemented as well.
