Donation Question

I have a Vanilla Mastercard on my paypal atm and Im looking towards donating.

There is $13 left on the card and I wish to donate that amount.

So I went under the 11-25 button but its forcing to pay $25.

Is there a way to change the donation amount to $13.

If not I'll go to the lower level.
