For you guys that haven't tried Oblivion, it is on sale in steam right now in the shadow of the release of Skyrim (which I will buy when I get more moneys). The whole game and all 9 DLC's for about 6$. Not sure how long it will last, so pick it up soon!

I recommend the game on the PC so you can mod it to your liking. Overall it's a fun game and will provide days of enjoyment (but not as much as minecraft).

Skyrim is a fantastic game! I've put over 70 hours into it so far (just came out few weeks ago). I've beaten the main story line but there is still sooo much left to do. Oblivion was great, not as good as Skyrim though.

Notch has also tweeted his love for Skyrim!

I'm also a BIG fan of the Fallout 3/New Vegas games, also made by Bethesda.
