I made it, it smells delicious, and tastes even better. :) Quite possibly the best thing I've cooked thus far.

It was quite easy to prepare as well:

Put oven on bake at 375 degrees (Fahrenheit).
Get out tilapia and defrost if needed (mine was frozen).
Smother in seasoning (I used a Cajun seasoning) and red pepper.
Add a light layer of honey (by light I mean like in the same fashion as you add icing to a toaster strudel, but a lot less).
Cook in oven for 25 minutes.

(results and cooking times may vary depending on ovens, so keep an eye on it. Recipe is for 2 servings, two tilapia fillets, so you may want to cook a bit longer/less if you cook more/less).

Also, the whole meal was about 270 calories, including the bread, for any of you calorie counters. :)

haha please....I only know how to cook chicken and fish. :P You know so much more. :)
