As of about 5 days ago this server has become unplayable for me. I cannot interact at all, it all moves in ultra slow mo. Nothing else is lagging for me in the slightest, only this. Not sure whats going on.

Im on the west coast of canada... so not a distance issue I think?
 
thats def not normal have many others from that location connecting with no problems... try to ping the server or just see if its not lag but something wrong with your client. copy your worlds (backup) and then delete your bin and then rollback and try again. also some one else said that they had this issue and they had to reinstall java but not sure if its the same problem
 
Very strange :(. I would highly doubt it's a connection problem to the server so try the reinstall. If you say other servers are fine and it's only ours, I have no clue unless there others with the same problem.

Can you open a dos prompt and run "tracert server.minecraftaddicts.com"? Copy the contents in here.
 
Yeah reinstall java, that worked for me. Until my cable modem went out and wouldn't reconnect to the interwebz, damn you Rogers!
