Horses and riders can pass the border in pve

When you ride a horse, you can ride out side the border in PvE. But don't get off the horse because then you will be thrown back to the border edge.

I don't see it doing much harm since you can't get off. Although it will generate new chunks, which we don't want..

you should just build a giant wall out of glass and make it so its 5 above the world height and trap us all. that is the operators plans, right?
