how do i teleport

There is currently no command that you can use to teleport to your land claim. You can try asking mod+ to help you and they should be able to teleport you to the claim, otherwise you can ask anyone else and they may be able to help you locate it.
Alternatively if there is no one that can help you, you'll have to use the world map to find which direction it is in and navigate your way to the claim. You can use '/kit support' to get a wooden shovel and right click the ground with it to view which claim you're currently in.

In case you didn't already knew, when you get to your land you can use;
/pw set <name> - to set a private warp (teleport save)
/pw go <name> - to go to private warp (teleport!)
