How to solve the chunk load erros (hopefully)

I just came across this little plugin:
Keep your chunks forever-a-loaded.

It basically lets you set chunks to be loaded forever. They won't unload unless you reboot the server.
This can hopefully be used at portals and warp points to stop people from getting chunkload errors and repeatedly falling into nothing. If possible, it'd be nice to have it automatically activate and deactivate in the chunk a faction's home point is in, but I understand if this can not be achieved.

I haven't tested this on my home server because I never get chunkload errors on it, so I do not know how this plugin operates behind the scenes.
 
While I realize that you have to load the chunks by going there before the plugin can unload it, if one person makes it there without a chunk load error, then the next people to go there hopefully won't have the loading error either.
 
Somehow I can see this bogging down the server. We have lots of warps remember.
 
The only time I get chunk load errors is when in Build. Warping to the different regions causes me to fall into nothing and glitch until I reconnect.
 
Note to all historic warps are all ok because they were placed on corners of chunks. You would always land on one of 4 chunks... not how it is in the new maps
 
You could just have it on the most used warps... like the ones to the regions in Build. That's where I usually get the load error. Also, it doesn't load the chunk until the first person goes there, so unless someone has been there after the last reset, the chunk won't be loaded and won't be stopped from unloading (because there is nothing to unload).
This means that the chunks you'd activate the plugin on won't be loaded if they're not recently used.

Also, to clear up any confusion, you set the chunks you want not to unload yourself, it doesn't automatically do warps.
