I Need Some Help Clearing Land

For anyone in need of some resources, I've got lots of land that requires clearing.

Here's the rules:

- You need a visa for Downtown
- You can keep/sell what you clear
- Do NOT go below -20 (20 blocks below water level)
- Everything must go (including buildings, trees) except \/
- Do not touch my resource cache in the center (all the chests)
- Only mine within the borders, they are clearly defined as you see on the map
- The circular building needs to come down as well

The warp to the area is /warp midnorthwest

any resource donations are welcome, simply place an unlocked chest on the outside of my resource cache and send me a message or notify me in-game...

ALSO, is there an easier way to melt all the ice within the area? Can an admin to this for me? If so, I'd be greatful!

That is a lie, I know it. Maybe YOU don't have access, but that doesn't mean all Administrators don't.

assault how often do the operators use commands of that nature here? not any that i can really think of.... how often are the ops online to drop by the guys place if hes on at the same time or not? humm?
