I want to make a video, but I need YOUR help! (random idea)

Hello everyone, and thanks in advance for (maybe) taking the time to read this.

I have been wanting to make some kind of music video for a long time, but i never had the sounds to make it. So i guess that's where you guys could come in if you would like?

This request is primarily for people that either can play any instrument, or for people that want to express their musical talent in singing (can't say this too loud because not many people like this word...). If nobody would would respond to this positively, please don't feel too compassionate with me and say something like: "I'll do this because nobody else wants to". If you don't want to, you don't have to! Further details will be given when there is positive response to this, in this same thread, so keep your eyes open if you want to participate! (oh and don't mind if you think you are bad at these things, its just about having fun )

music video eh... about what? like any specific type of music. what are the lyrics... whats the theme of the video? has the video been story boarded or are you just gonna wing it? i hate to say it but what is it... im lost confused not enough information here for anything to be started or attempted.

Just a video a bit in this genre (this is my first try, didn't work out that good...):

It will probably be "Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO" (Youtube video here)

has the video been story boarded or are you just gonna wing it?

This will probably depend on the reactions I get, but I do not know yet what I will use as video footage (probably frames with people playing instruments, no face needed if you don't want to of course)

So, my request of you guys would be:
Send me video(s) of you playing on any instrument and please explain to me (if its something else then a piano because i know that) what notes you are playing. You can also send in clips of your voice (with or without images) singing a bunch of notes saying "Laa" or "Dum" or whatever. You can also just sing the words of party rock anthem if you want ofc

(an idea)We should use the time elapse mod (takes snapshots) Tovmake a structuRe. It would be a nice place to begin then work our way up. I have a friend who is very handy in cinema 4D

Umm... so a real life style video? Not a minecraft video....

Ok so that clears up that... then you want people to make a mashup video hopeing you can actually get a good tune going...

So you would need to use a program like frootyloops to make the song and beat and all that. Then hope to god everyones in tune so it meshes well.

Its a good idea in theory. Not many get acomplished unless you have a massive youtube following!

Suggestions not to discorage you but call a bunch of friends get a camera and montage. Then drop in audio track of your choice.
