I was looking at the world map seeing if there were any good patches of land for my project, I came across a plot that was perfect, but then I noticed that it was already claimed, however it's completely unaltered and using /seen I noticed the player hadn't been on for a month, is there a certain "policy" on this? I looked and couldn't find any other plots as good as this one.
 
We may be able to sort something out.
