Hey guys,
Keen followers of the Twitter accounts of the Mojang team may have seen a post today from @jeb_ stating that Minecraft will probably update to version 1.1 tomorrow (which will be the 12th of Jan). The ops will be working hard to get the server ready for 1.1 as soon as the relevant plugins are up to date but in order to keep playing on the Minecraft Addicts server in the meantime, please be sure NOT to click on the Update button when prompted.
If you do accidentally click on Update when prompted and receive an Outdated Server error when you try and connect, please follow the instructions on how to rollback to version 1.0 in the Technical Support section (we'll get this post put up as soon as Minecraft actually updates
