There comes the Halloween update, and we can't enjoy it yet because all of the mods aren't working, so I have updated the server running NO mods and with a map that might or might NOT be used later depending on the amount of griefing done. so,
TL;DR: server is running a fake copy of the map because of updates
 
We'll need everyones patience and cooperation while Minecraft goes through these major changes.

Mod developers have to update their mods to work with the latest version of Minecraft and we can only guess how long it will take. We'll be keeping an eye on fixes and patches.
 
UPDATE: all mods have been installed, server should be running fine
