Improved Chat for 1.0.0

Hey guys,

I know there are a few of you that can't live without the magnificent mod that is improved chat.
I've been searching around and have found a version that is working with 1.0.0, however it is not the official release but works perfectly.

You may as well use it until the official mod is here.

Optifine is a mod everyone should have. It includes better Advanced GL support, Vsync, Better Grass, Support for HD texture (no need to the patcher), and usually gain 20+ FPS.

I usually have to enable Vsync due to my FPS going through the roof (230-300 FPS)
