Incorrect Land Claim

I didn't know where to put this but here goes,
I was accepted for a land claim (N10, E13) and I am unable to build in (N10,E13) and am able to build in (N10,E14). I don't mind, just wanted to clear it up. If I am to keep this plot (which I am ok with), let me know or switch my building rights to the plot I had originally requested. Either way, let me know what's going to happen. Thanks!
 
Another thing, the support shovel does say I'm in the correct area but it doesn't match up with the world map. I don't mind, I just wanted to bring this up
 
You are in the correct land claim n10e13. The world map's borders do not line up with the land in game.
 
The borders on the map represent it as if you were looking at it from directly above. It's hard to see where exactly your borders will end as the given view if from an angle.
