Flags must be 8x12 in size.
Flags must be built on your land.
Any Material Is allowed.
Maximum of 3 Flags per person.

Prize:

1500 Caps
Green or Orange Disc

Does the flag have to be designed on a horizontal plane, or can it be vertical, too?
Just asking because of blocks that have different textures on certain sides.
