issue with caps and faction

Hiya! I have a bit of a problem... I while back when factions still cost money I donated for one, but since the pvp got reset or erased (whatever happened) my faction disappeared. I don't care about this since I can just make a new one but I was told by an admin that I would get a refund in caps for the faction, but I didn't get it... what do I do?
 
in your application you must post the old factions post as a link

- If you are a Previous owner you will also be getting 1500 caps for the build world as a thank you for your donation, for participating in season 1 and for renewing in season 2.
