the server is just lagging way to much to even do anything. it keeps resetting me backwards and i keep getting end of stream and the block/chat/inventory/chest lag is wayyy too much. this is terrible

I've noticed some delay after logging in, and some bad FPS in the nether. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this.

For me this varies greatly depending on if the network is being used alot or not. Is there anyone else in your house downloading stuff while you have been trying?

The lag on login is most likely due to stats from what I can tell and the FPS issues in the nether is just the nether. The nether is unoptimised and crashes a few people on certain occasions.

I get some block lag, and chat is sometimes slow. Probaly stats right?

PW jump lag is frightful, ask DCL, mavaje etc and even when there are only 2 or 3 players, I can make a coffee while waiting

I've noticed all of these. I PW to PvE, and I am just lagged and end up dying.

I haven't noticed any lag since the upgrade.

Yesterday eveninv I also had a major chat lag. It took +/- 5 minutes to load. And don't get me started about moving..
But, like said, it comes and it goes. It's not always that bad..

With Alien we did a work around where we went into Task Manager, Processes and right clicked on Java and Set Priority to High. It seriously reduced my problems.
