This thread is mainly for people who are helping me with my city, or for some of you curious cats.
Anyways, here's the plan.

Blue=Misc. (Random Buildings and stuff)
Special citizen buildings here

Black=Wirer's Reach (Subway and Shops)
Subway will reach ALL of the city.

Red=Miner's Drop (Hotels, homes, resorts)
Buildings MUST BE from bedrock to the water's peak.
Towers will be arranged in a Pentagon.

Green=Mincadia (Underwater forest with farms, and animals)
Animals will be either forcibly moved, or we will wait for them to spawn.

The city will be ENTIRELY underwater...so this will not be easy.
There is also an island in this area as you can see, that will feature a giant monument to the city.
Any helpers who are caught greifing while we build will be removed and reported.

Cool idea there. Isn't the majority of the city gonna be underwater? Would you have to make land to build on top of it?
 
If you need any help, I'm free for two weeks. Doesn't mean I'll be online for the entire time, but yeah... anyways.
 
Thanks for the support everyone! I'm thinking about asking Godspeeds to edit and revamp my old FMB so it'll be about the city, but who knows? Anyways made some changes to the city plans, check em out!
 
Wirer's Reach will no longer contain shops, renamed Mapture Metro, left over space will be converted into Citizen's Square.

Miner's Drop planning signifigantly changed, instead of only towers there will be some differences depending on building. Resort= Pentagon shaped building, with beach "biome". Hotels will be like before but only 3 massive from bedrock to water's peak will be built. New building- Neighborhoods long rectangular buildings. -30x50- Shops are now contained in this area.

Misc. Area renamed Citizen's Square, if you wish to own a small area of Citizen's Square A.K.A. "the black area" just ya know...draw a little box around the area you wish to claim along with coordinates....Just kidding! Just message me in game and I'll show ya a good area.

Glowstone is needed not to mention a whole butt-load of stone.

Also, I'm just saying this aloud for fun, but I have a new project...I call it..."Castle On A Hook" If your interested just PM or msg me :P.

If anyone finds the location of this thread...un-awesome...feel free to move it.

Well, I'm working on 2 cities right now, doing a FMB on that, if it interests you, a thread will be coming up soon.
 
i hope so, 4 cities, tis a lot of work.

Restarting this, hopefully I can finally finish what I've planned for so long!
 
Still looking for helpers as I get everything together again. As for the possibility of Follow My Build, that's a no for now. I already have one which is on hiatus, too many projects, but as for now, this is my priority.
 
Consolidate your projects to get done with some.

Stop planning one million cities, and complete one.

Once you start getting things done, it goes and goes and goes...
