Welcome one and all, newbies and MCA legends, to my humble guide to useful server commands. I've always struggled with finding the commands that I want to use, so this guide is for me just as much as everyone else that reads it. I'll add in the donator-level commands once I can use them, but for now these are just some of the most useful commands available to a brand new player upon their first login.

First Steps

/kit tools
This command gives you a brand-stinkin'-new set of shiny (are rocks shiny?) stone tools. Very useful if you plan to head into PvE straight away and want to avoid having to punch trees with your bare hands.

/warp pve
If you just don't have the time to walk through the gaping mouth of the giant spider jockey to get to MCA's PvE world, then use this nifty command. It'll warp you straight to PvE's beautiful new spawn.

/spawn
Done adventuring? This command can be used pretty much anywhere on the server to get straight back to spawn faster than Dorothy got back to Kansas.

/rules
In case you ever need a refresher on the laws of MCA, there's a great in-game version that clearly defines what's gucci and what's not.

/tpa (playername) and its friends /tpaccept and /tpdeny
Wanna visit your friend's sick new build? Just type in their name (don't include the parentheses when you use the command, I did that several times until I figured out why it wasn't working...;) ) and away you go- once the request is accepted. If you're on the receiving end, just follow the in-game prompt and either accept or deny the request. So simple, even I can understand it! :D

/home and /sethome
The last commands in this first section of my guide are probably two of my favorite commands ever. Once you've got a sweet bungalo, use /sethome to set a personal warp to your casa. To get to your house at any time, just use /home. Very useful when you're about to die in lava, get shot by skeletons, or other various dangerous activities that you probably didn't sign a waiver for.

Well, I've run out of time for right now, but these commands will help you get a good start in MCA. I'll update this as soon as I can with more, but tata for now! Hope this has helped y'all!

I love you all <3

MCA Commands for Dummies, Chapter 2

Welcome back friends! It's time for another update on the guide, and speaking of friends...

Keeping Up With Your Homies

/seen (playername)
Trying to catch someone online but you keep missing them? Use this command to check the last time they logged off of MCA, down to the second.

/mail send (playername) (message)
Having problems getting in contact with somebody? Leave them a message on the server! Using this command, you can send a message to anyone, even if they're not online, that will show up when the recipient logs on to MCA.

/msg (playername)
No, not monosodium glutamate. If you want to have a private chat with someone that's online, use the nifty /msg command. Great for planning surprise birthday parties or preparing for a PvP battle.

/list or /who
Both of these commands do the same thing, and that is list all of the cool dudes currently on the server. These are similar to pressing the tab key, but in my humble opinion using /list or /who is better than pressing tab because not only does the list of players stay on screen longer, but it also shows you the ranks, staff and donator, of everyone that's online, so if you need to ask a certain rank of staff this is the way to go.

/ignore (playername)
Somebody getting on your nerves? Just make it look like they're not even there! /ignore lets you block specific players' chat messages from showing up in your chat. Don't overuse this though, because your chat might get pretty lonely and that's no fun.

Ok, that's it for part dos, more stuff coming soon in part 3! Thanks for taking a gander, sirs and ma'ams!

I love you all <3
