I've found some nice things, like: sheep can climb ladders (confirmed)

cacti can float (plausible because its client side...)
check out kking1's post.
And many more.

Anyone that know's one: post here plz and I (and maybe others too) will try to bust/confirm it!

hmmm.... Sheep have powers we never knew of! Whats next? Cows can destroy blocks with laser vision!!! *gasp*
 
COW SIEGE!!!! EVERYONE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE THE HAMBURGER MEAT IS TAKING OVER!!!!!!
 
Sand can float in the air providing its generated there (seems to happen more frequently over water) but it will all fall if you break 1 of the blocks.

Also torches can break sand and gravel blocks if they fall onto one
 
any mob can climb a ladder but the first time i saw a sheep up there i was baffled

i believe there was a cow there once too
