So I created this forum, mostly just for fun and to get a little experience with forum managment. It's basically just a website where you can post and discuss whatever you want. Here is the link:

cool and all but as far as i can see your asking too much and giveing too little.

your putting too much stuff/categorys in that arent needed. this isnt an image post and share site is it?

looking at the site your over acheiveing way way too much unless you have something to provide to the internet your going nowhere.

lets see more here... skin/theme theirs none this is default... sorry for being blunt but really common.

what else... your server forums arent even on the front page... put a index.html even if its blank on the main site not the directory.. if you leave it open its a security risk and your vulnerable to hacks.

did i miss something. nope. dont think so.... Dont take it too hard as to what im saying. bring in the webdesign group of the world for about 10 years i know what im talking about because ive seen it done to friends and many small companys trying too much with not enough to start.

i can give more pointers but eh i dont really feel like doing a big web-code/community building speel... isnt this also advertiseing... ill rack it up as web help for now.
 
Sorry, I wasn't trying to advertise, just looking for some feedback. I know the site needs a ton of work, I had actually just started yesterday. I was looking for what people thought about the actual idea rather than the site itself. And thank you for those tips, I will definetly take them into consideration.
 
Phpbb's forums are a good place for support and learning web mastering. I started with Wordpress but phpbb might be confusing at first. It has potential.Check out phpbb3styles website for a skin.
 
yea ive run many community/clan/business websites drop me a line in a pm or here doesnt matter much now and i can help you along the way i suppose. but i usually am blunt and dont sugar coat it so dont be too alarmed with any of my answers on webdesign.
