Need Admin Assistance (Locked Chest)

I've got a plot of land in K-Town. Kking1 has given me permission to build on it.

There's a locked chest from the previous build, not sure who it was.
I need the chest removed or unlocked.

It's the floating chest, the ones on the ground near the cobble are my own.
