80 caps for 16 netherstone? Are you KIDDING me?

I'm planning on making a large Netherstone hell-island, so I need all the netherstone I can get.

Don't believe it's this pricey? Look for RedMossyCobblestone in the shop.

Please, at least reduce the price a little.

Netherstone is common as oxygen in the nether.

It burns eternally, but we have no fire here, so this shouldn't affect the price.

All in all, it's not that special. Why does it have to cost so much?

I think it should be 80 caps for 64, if not LOWER.

I believe it is expensive because it is rare. It may be common in the nether, but the nether doesn't exist on this server.

Also, it's ugly as hell...maybe that's why it's kept in hell (nether) :P

True, but I'm gonna need some 5000 blocks of the stuff for my project.

AND logs only sell for 1 now.

With netherstone selling for 80 caps for just 16 blocks, there's no way I'm gonna finish. EVER.

Not only that, but Glowstone is CHEAPER.

items in the shop that are rare or are not easily available on our server will always be a higher price because it is rare and should stay as such.

Now, I can imagine a project that big would require such.
However, it's is a very rare substance, and is physically impossible to get from our server, so in such.
In is jacked up in price, as it is impossible to get.

However with this said, the only available option is if you have enough caps from selling or even possibly helping other people with their projects. That can gain you caps. Even if they don't pay you, you can sell the excess of your profit in sand, dirt, cobble etc:

Yet; even if you do this project it shouldn't be anywhere close by, as if it is not 'protected' people will steal this resource as it is pricey, and you somehow have an abundance. Though even said and done, you cannot simply get it nether to be cheap.

One because it's unfair to other players if you get a special treatment,
and two; it tends to make you a target.
Third and lastly; try making the needed caps fair. Instead of farming as it is only harming the rest of the community as well.
Since farming lowers the prices, due to the sudden abundance needed for caps. Sell cobble or dirt as it may take longer but it's not harming the rest of the economy.
