My brother was recently on my account, asking for permabans. If I ever do anything that is blatantly obviously asking for a ban (i.e. arbitrary cursing, caps spam, asks for bans), just assume it is my brother.

Don't save your password. The staff generally does not take "that wasn't me" as an excuse for evading bans.
 
Your account is entirely your responsibility.
If you share the account I'd suggest that you get another for yourself or your brother. If he decides to break the server rules the account will be dealt with accordingly.
