The Decorating of the Minecraft Addicts Tree
December 10th, 2011
Time: All Day

For the past three days we have been working on the Minecraft Addicts Christmas Tree for the spawn world for all to see and enjoy. BUT we need your help as the community! We need to decorate this huge chunk of wood and make it as awesome as Minecraft Addicts is...

Rules...

  • Nothin that will make the tree be taller
  • Symbols of your Religion are fine, just do not over do it
  • Decorations must be on the tree, not on the ground
  • Chest Password: mcatree
  • it must look awesome like the server :)

Request permission to build in Rural Region for this project on the Christmas Tree Thread [link].

All Donations are logged and will be put inside the tree on the first level. All People who help with the tree will also get their name within the tree.

Make sure to be checking this thread for updates and get on vent when doing this which will make it easier to communicate between players.

I'll help out. Is the tree already built and we are just decorating? Or are we building it from the ground up?
 
I'll definitely help! :) My only concern is that due to the relatively small size, any ornament too complex may end up being too big and tacky.
 
this has been aproved by the admins. and will be included in some way. have fun! cant wait to see what you guys do with it. if any one else want to do something other then a chrismas tree for the holiday season. let me know and we can work something out.
 
Do we bring our own supplies,or is that supplied in the chest?
 
I'm in! Might have something for it thought the tree is a bit small.

I'm pretty sure it's already been copied, so I don't think changes can be made. (I could be wrong though)
 
thanks for all the hard work every one!

we will be adding the tree as soon as the big builder area is completed. once thats open onto seasonal themes! but yes if things go to slowly I will make sure the tree is at spawn in time.

can we have a few snow golums around the tree, too, spreading christmas cheer as well as snow?
