Hello. Tittle says it all. Otoh Gunga Is looking for Citizens! The name of the city comes from the underwater city in Star wars. Leave a comment below if you'd like to join our city. Mayor is Lucydavi. The city is located in Frontier, so if you plan on joining please get a visa for frontier.

There are 7 rooms available. Each room is 10x10, I know its small, BUT you can dig a basement as deep as you would like. Just dont intrude on your neighbors property. Also there are rules to renovating your room. Please follow these rules and be polite to your neighbor.

AND!!!! There are 2 suites available. They are 25x12 and the same rules apply to building there. However they cost 75 caps. After that payment its completely yours. You can dig a basement as deep as you like.

Land Management Rule

Claiming a section of land entitles you to be the sole builder on said plot. Under no circumstances should a claim owner attempt to sell or rent space on their land claim by means of monetary exchange (caps). Visas may be issued to allow for builder help, at the Regional Manager's discretion.
