Ok good, because it looks like it was converted from some other drawing thing into a pencil type format kind of like how you can change color pictures to black and white.

Well I am not the artist to say whether or not 3rd party drawing Programs were used but sure looks like it.

Not really. I see stuff like this hanging in the art wing at my high school all the time. Its not easy to do, it takes talent. Bu it is possible.

You can tell it's scanned in, look at the edges.
I also think I can spot some smudges.
